Company 22 dispatched class one to 332 Main street in Lykens for a medical assist, EMS had an extended ETA. Engine 22 responded with 3 and Utility 22 with 2 and Chief 22-2 went to the scene as DO. On arrival, the crew initiated patient contact and stabilized the patient until the arrival of a BLS unit from Millersburg and then went available.
