Rescue 23 was called by Chief 22 to respond to assist at the scene of an animal rescue at 647 South Street on December 18, 2009. A dog was stuck underneath a shed. Air bags from the rescue were needed to lift the shed, as the ground was frozen too hard to dig. Pictured here is Wiconisco's Matt Basti inserting cribbing under the shed as it was lifted with the air bags.
