2002
Odor Investigation, 514 Railroad St (Box 22-1)

Company 22 was dispatched to 514 Railroad Street for an odor investigation. Truck 22 responded, and was advised that a 33 year old female had accidentally inhaled pool chemicals inside the garage and was overcome. The truck arrived on scene and assisted EMS with removing the patient. The crew then ventilated the garage before going available.
2004
Automatic Alarm, R & N Plant (Box 22-1)

The company was dispatched to the Reiff & Nestor Plant, on Reiff Street, for a water flow alarm activation. Engine-22 arrived and took side-1 in the parking lot, Truck-22 took side-4 on Reiff Street, Engine-23 took side-3 at West and Reiff Streets, and EMS and Police staged behind Engine-22. Initial sizeup showed the building to be evacuated and alarm bells sounding. Chief 22-1 responded to the Plant pumping station on South Street and discovered the pumps were in operation, with overflow dumping back into a holding pond and draining into Rattling Creek. Plant maintenance personnel arrived on the scene and shut down the pumps and a night watchman entered a code to allow fire personnel to access the building alarm system, which was re-set.
2005
Smoke in a structure, 301 Market Street (Box 22-1)

A first alarm assignment was dispatched to an apartment building located at 301 Market Street on the corner of Market and North Streets. Engine-22 responded with a crew of six and took side-1 of the structure. Truck-22 responded with a crew of five and took side-2. Engine-23 responded and staged across the street, adjacent to Engine-22. Engine-24 and Schuylkill Air-Light-6660 were canceled enroute. Chief-22 on scene had a light smoke condition and visible with flame seen through the first floor front door window, appearing to be a fire on top of a stove. Attack crews forced entry into first floor apartment, and with a PW, extinguished fire. The truck crew vented the apartment, utilities were checked, and possible extensions into the walls were searched for. The stove and microwave removed from the structure and placed outside. The owner was contacted and advised of the conditions. Companies were placed available by command.

Smoke in a structure, 359 Moore Street (Box 20-1)

Truck-22 was dispatched in place of Truck-20 to a report of smoke in a structure at 359 Moore Street in Millersburg. Chief-20, on the scene, held the box to Company-20 and placed all other units in service.

Cardiac Arrest - AED, 735 Main Street (Box 22-1)

Company 22 dispatched class one to 735 Main Street in Lykens for a medical assist on a cardiac arrest call for the AED. Chief 22 and 22-1 responded POV to the scene, and Truck 22 responded with 7. On arrival, command placed the truck available, patient was signal 12.

AFA, 600 Main Street (Box 22-1)

Company 22 dispatched class one to 600 Main Street to the Lykens Hotel for an automatic fire alarm. Chief 22 responded POV and on arrival at scene side A found normal conditions. After conferring with the building manager and the alarm had all ready reset itself, he placed the box in service before any response.
2018
AFA, 300 Chestnut Street (Box 22-1)

Company 22 and Engine 23 dispatched class one to 300 Chestnut Street in Lykens at the Alfa Laval Thermal Corp plant for an automatic fire alarm. Engine 22 responded with 3, Truck 22 with 2, and Engine 23 with 4. On arrival at a 100 by 500 foot 1 story commercial industrial manufacturing plant, crews were met by Chief 23 who spoke with plant personnel and found no problem. Command placed the box available after the alarm was reset.

Accident - Car vs. Motorcycle - Washington Twp, Dauphin Co, PA

A car and a motorcycle collided about one and a half miles west of Loyalton on Sunday, May 25, 1969. Paul Fey Jr., of Elizabethville RD, attempted to make a left turn out of a parking lot, when his motorcycle turned into the path of a car driven by Thomas Troutman, of Elizabethville. The two vehicles collided, causing $250 damage to the car and $200 damage to the motorcycle.
