Companies 22 and 23 were dispatched to the Reiff and Nestor Plant for a water flow alarm. Chief 22 responded POV, and was advised that plant maintenance had accidentally set off the alarm. Engine 22 responded followed by Engine 23. Truck 22 responded after a second dispatch. Chief 22 then placed the box in service.
