Company-22 was dispatched to assist EMS with the extrication of a cardiac arrest victim from a second floor bedroom window. Engine-22 responded with a crew of six, Truck-22 with a crew of five. The Engine staged at Market and North Streets, with the Truck going to side-1. Unable to raise boom due to wires, the crew used a ladder haul system with a stokes basket and ropes to extricate and remove patient from the second floor window to an awaiting ambulance for transport.
