Liberty Hose Co. No. 2 - Incident Detail #522

Truck 22 was dispatched to assist Medic 6 and Ambulance Company 24 with extrication of a patient from a second floor bedroom. The truck responded with a crew of five and arrived at the scene on side 1 of the residence. After re-positioning twice in an attempt to use the boom to access a second floor window, wires prevented access and the crew laddered the front porch roof and rigged a stokes basket from the bedroom window to street level. The patient was removed from the home and transferred to a waiting ambulance for transport.
