Liberty Hose Co. No. 2 - Incident Detail #449

Companies 22 and 23 were dispatched to 755 Main Street for a reported furnace malfunction. Engine and Truck 22 responded, and Chief 22 responding POV. Chief 22, on scene, confirmed a furnace problem and placed Company 23 in service. Crews shut down the furnace and opened windows on the first floor. The occupants were advised to contact a repair service and not to use the furnace until it was fixed. The company was then placed available by command.
