Engine 22 and Squad 23 were dispatched to a report of a bicyclist struck and pinned under a vehicle in the area of 518 North Second Street. Engine 22 responded and upon arrival, found that the patient had been removed from under the vehicle. Squad 23 was placed available, and the engine crew assisted EMS until they were released.
