At the request of Medic 6 on scene Company 22 dispatched class 3 to 501 Main Street in Lykens to the Laundromat on the second floor to assist with patient extrication. Utility 22 responded with 4, Truck 22 with 3 and Engine 22 with 3. On arrival the crew assisted EMS with removing the patient from the second floor to their transport unit and were then placed available.
