Engine 22 dispatched class three to 216-8 box on Powells Valley Road near the 5th bridge for a report of a tree down blocking both lanes. Chief 22 responded POV, Engine 22 went enroute with 4 and Utility 22 with 4. On arrival the crew found a very large tree had fallen across Powells Valley Road and the highway was blocked. Crew broke out the chain saws and brooms and leaf blowers and cut up and removed the tree from the roadway. After clearing the roadway and getting all the backed up traffic moving command placed the box available.
