Utility 22 requested by command 24 class three to block traffic at the Lykens Borough line on Route 209. Company 24 was working a traffic accident with power lines and poles down that had the roadway completely blocked. Utility 22 responded with 3 and Chief 22 POV. They arrived at the intersection of Main and Lehr Streets and diverted traffic on to Machamer Avenue until released by Command 24.
