At the request of Medic 6 Company 22 dispatched class one to 7732 Route 209 in Lykens Borough to assist them in access to a patient. Snow and freezing rain and sleet throughout the day made it impossible to access the patients residence. Chief 22 responded POV followed by the Borough plow, that on arrival plowed a path to the back of the house. Utility 22 responded with 4 and Truck 22 with 6. On arrival the apparatus staged on Route 209 and walked up the driveway to assist EMS in getting the patient out and placed in their unit for transport. Upon completion of that task Command 22 placed the Company available.
