While clearing from the previous med assist call, County dispatch requested Company 22 to respond class one to 517 North Street in Lykens for a medical assist, patient with chest pains. Utility 22 went enroute with 4 and Chief 22 went enroute with 3. Engine 22 responded with 5. On arrival of the Company 22 units they initiated patient contact and took initial vitals and assessment. After the arrival of Medic 6 the crew assisted with transfer of the patient to their unit and were then placed available.
