Liberty Hose Co. No. 2 - Incident Detail #2645

Company 22 dispatched class three to 15 South Second Street in Lykens at the Rattling Creek Apartments to assist EMS with the Knox box key to enter a patients room with a locked door. Utilizing the Knox key from Truck 22 Utility 22 went enroute with 4 and Chiefs 22 and 22-1 POV to the scene. Captain 22 and Lieutenant 22 were across the street from the building and also responded. On arrival of the Utility, the Knox box was unlocked and the master key used to gain entry into the apartment. EMS made patient contact while the crew brought the litter to the patients apartment. As EMS was preparing to move the patient to the litter and out of the building, another EMS call was received and the dispatch center requested Company 22 to respond. Chief 22 with 3 and Utility 22 with 4 responded to the second call from this location while Chief 22-1 remained to assist EMS.
