Liberty Hose Co. No. 2 - Incident Detail #1682

Company 22 was dispatched to assist EMS with a possible cardiac arrest at 561 Main Street. Lieutenant 22, who lives next door, responded to the scene and reported negative arrest. Truck 22 responded with a crew of seven, Chief 22 responded POV, and six additional members responded to the scene on foot from Station 22 which was only half a block away. On arrival, the crew assisted EMS with patient care and extrication from the residence to the transport unit. EMS requested Life Lion to fly the patient, and a landing zone was requested at Station 23. Company 23 was dispatched to handle the landing zone. Engine 23 responded to the landing zone site with a crew of two. Chief 23 requested assistance from Truck 22 for manpower. The Truck with a crew of four left the original scene and responded to the landing zone scene to assist Chief 23 with the landing zone. The crew remaining at the residence assisted EMS until the patient was transported to the landing zone.
