Engine 22 was dispatched in place of Engine 24 for an accident with injuries on Market Street near Lenker Drive in Williams Township. Engine 22 responded with a crew of six, and Chief 22 responded POV. Engine 22 arrived on the scene to find Engine 23's rescue crew extricating one patient who was confined in a pickup truck that had hit a telephone pole. Tanker 24's crew was assisting with the extrication. Chief 24 placed Engine 22 available.
