Engine-22 was dispatched to the alley next to the WQIN radio station for a washdown. The Borough garbage truck had a hydraulic leak, and spread fluids on the alley. Several vehicles slid on the fluid and into Market Street. Engine-22 responded with a crew of five, and upon arrival used High Dry and Bio-Petrol to neutralize the fluids.
